Small Room and Reception Issues
small room unhelpful staff
The breakfast was good , fortunately.
The room I stayed in was much smaller than advertised on the website. It was difficult to move around , also there was hardly any space for my luggage. I found the staff at reception to be quite unhelpful when I raised the issue.

Good Value and Cleanliness
helpful staff clean room
The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. I found a nice terrace close to my room, where I could sit after a busy day. The breakfast was included. The hotel packed us a picnic for our early tour!!!
The room size was quite small. I struggled to fully open my suitcase on the floor. The balcony gave a little extra space, but two people might find it cramped.

Breakfast included various rolls and tasty olive pate. The coffee machine provided excellent coffee. Lunch packages were prepared for early departures. The food was AMAZING!!!

Many cafes and restaurants are very close. A mini market is just 30 m away. A supermarket is 200 m away, offering tables for breakfast or lunch. The metro is a short walk.

late shuttle charged service
The staff seemed helpful. Breakfast seemed to have a good variety of foods.
The shuttle I booked never arrived. I waited at the airport pickup location as agreed, my flight had a slight delay I let them know. The driver contacted me much later to say he was coming. The hotel still charged me for this service, it was very frustrating.

excellent breakfast breakfast box helpful staff
i stayed in a twin room. the size was great! breakfast was excellent. they even packed a breakfast box when i had to leave early. the front desk staff were always super helpful.

solid stay close to central
metro station central location needed fridge useful visit
the location was practical with a metro station a short walk away. this made exploring easy, especially given the proximity to central areas. i found the room had everything i needed, including a fridge. this was especially useful .
the room was smaller than i had expected it to be, and there was a full length window separating the bedroom from the shower, though it was not a huge problem.

the staff communicated patiently. they handled my late check-in with efficiency and understanding, even though it was my flight that was delayed, not their fault, and it was very late at night. their patient attitude was appreciated.

the breakfast offered a good range of choices and the food quality was noticeable. i found the dining area spacious and well kept, though sometimes it got a little crowded. the lobby featured couches, very convenient for waiting.
